Development of the brief
Through client meeting’s, we help to identify project goals and aspirations. We provide spatial analysis, aim to understand the client’s identity/brand, clarify the scope of work and review the site.
We understand the changing ways people work and create spaces appropriate to their needs. We work through the design process collaboratively with the client to achieve this goal.

Concept Design
We develop design proposals through space planning in answer to the functional brief and present mood boards to communicate the look & feel.

Scheme / Detail design
The selected concept design is further developed through, Sketch visuals, a proposal of furniture and finishes boards.
Development of the scheme is translated into detailed CAD drawings, including general arrangement plans, finishes, reflected ceiling plans, elevations etc.

Implementation & site supervision
We liaise with specialist consultants as part of a project team, providing detailed design drawings and specifications for costing.
We work closely with the client and contractors to implement the design from concept to completion.
