Somerset House is an Art deco building in the heart of Birmingham’s central business district. Circle Property plc commissioned the full refurbishment covering six floors of office space, ground floor reception & basement services totalling 36,294 sq ft.

Can creative were appointed to provide Interior design services from concept to completion.

The building was sympathetically refurbished to retain some of its original features including the bronze & terrazzo staircases, marble lift surrounds and parquet flooring within the open plan office spaces. The contemporary design of the reception and wc’s were completely remodelled using high-quality materials, lighting and furniture. The contrast of original features and modern design provides a unique style to the building.
